This study identifies and proposes key legislative and policy measures aimed at enhancing the competitiveness of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and micro enterprises. Centered around three core themes and six critical issues, the research underscores the need for the 22nd National Assembly to promptly enact these measures to improve the business environment and maintain global competitiveness. The study highlights the growing legislative demand in areas such as labor reform, alleviating workforce shortages, and expanding cooperative partnerships. Through a detailed analysis of the pressing challenges associated with each theme, it suggests targeted policy and legislative interventions to address these issues effectively. The National Assembly is urged to develop legal and institutional frameworks that respond to the needs of SMEs and micro enterprises, thereby fostering their sustainable growth and significantly strengthening the dynamism and competitiveness of the national economy.
