Accordingly, this study examines the current status of how new scientific technology, represented by digital technology, is being applied in the health and welfare fields with the goal of improving the quality of life, and policies and regulations to be considered when providing health and welfare services using digital technology. We want to explore legal directions. In addition, we would like to explore research directions that should be considered in the mid to long term in relation to the development of health and welfare services applying new scientific technologies such as digital technology.
